Voci to Attend 17th Annual SQM Contact Center Industry Conference

For the first time, Voci Technologies will be attending Service Quality Measurement Group’s Annual Contact Center Industry Conference from May 17-19 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

This year’s conference will focus on One Contact Resolution and research-proven best practices that executives and analysts can use to improve performance in their own contact centers. Over the course of three days, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from over 20 presenters including Patsy Bertoia, Managing Director at FedEx Express; Emily Fair, Director of Customer Service at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont; and Anne Palmerine, Vice President of Customer Engagement at Pittsburgh’s own UPMC.

In addition to the wide array of presentations, the conference will offer several networking opportunities for attendees and vendors that provide customer-centric solutions including omni-channel experience, self-service channels, and performance management.
