Voci Adds Former Xerox Executive to Board

PITTSBURGH, PA—January 18, 2016—Voci Technologies, the leading provider of hardware-accelerated speech recognition and voice analytics, welcomes a new member to its Board of Directors, Mr. James H. Lesko, former Corporate Vice President of Investor Relations at Xerox Corporation, a household name and worldwide leader in document technology and services. Lesko’s addition brings Voci’s current board membership to five.

“Lesko’s considerable experience running customer contact centers and business operations will be invaluable as we continue to develop our sales and marketing efforts,” says Anthony Gadient, Chief Executive Officer of Voci. “His 42-year tenure with Xerox has given him an inside look into call center operations, product sales management, and customer experience management. We’re very excited to have him join us and we’re eager to see what directions his input will take us.”

“Voci’s impressive speech technologies and its innovative open system approach to voice recognition and analytics are the foundation that Voci needs to become an industry leader,” Lesko says. “It will be a privilege to help Voci grow as a leader in enterprise voice recognition solutions.”

Lesko recently retired from Xerox as Corporate Vice President of Investor Relations where he was responsible for the communication of Xerox’s business strategies and results to shareholders. In 1993 he was elected as an officer of the company.  Lesko has also held multiple senior executive positions such as Senior Vice President of U.S. Field Operations, president of multiple business divisions/groups and President of e-Business and TeleWeb, where he oversaw the worldwide management and deployment of TeleWeb customer management and Xerox.com capabilities worldwide.
