Voci Technologies Continues to Grow and Expand

Voci Technologies has long been known as the market leader in voice recognition technology. From its beginnings at Carnegie Mellon University more than ten years ago, Voci has taken the technology to market and has become the “go-to” solution for enterprise speech analytics partners and clients.

Moving from a technology-based company to a market-based organization is no small task. With the market exploding with an abundance of opportunity, Voci has seen significant expansion and growth. Putting the right people and structure in place is a key element of producing scalable growth quickly and efficiently.

Chief Revenue Officer Mike Smocer joined Voci in April of this year and is building a world-class sales and marketing organization. With Voci’s focus on strategic partners, Mike hired Jennifer Ploskina as VP of Business Development in May to build out channel marketing and sales operations.

Additionally, Gabe Krug, Account Manager, and Andy Byers, Sales Director, joined the team in April and May, respectively, joining a full team of Solution Consultants (design) and Application Engineers (delivery) to support and grow partners and clients.

From an operational perspective, Voci hired Director of Information Security Jay Pascarella, along with IT Support Specialist Paul DeLuca in April to further develop a robust and secure IT infrastructure for both corporate and client needs.
