Voci Announces Participation at ‘I Love It When You Call Me Big Data’ Conference

On December 3rd, Voci will join technology leaders in big data at I Love It When You Call Me Big Data, a big data conference scheduled to be held at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center in downtown Pittsburgh. The conference, hosted by the Pittsburgh Technology Council, will feature a series of presentations covering different applications of big data including everything from the customer experience to baseball. Notable presenters include representatives from Duquesne Light, Boeing, and Carnegie Mellon University.

Voci is proud to be among the companies selected to speak at this event. Voci President & CEO, Anthony Gadient, and Lynwood Hines, Senior Applications Engineer, will represent Voci at the conference and deliver a tech talk entitled, “Case Study in the Use of Next Generation Voice Analytics to Accurately Predict Customer Churn.” The presentation will highlight how Voci’s V-Blaze™ automated voice transcription solution, coupled with the creation of predictive models from voice data, generates actionable business insights that enable significant return on investment.
