Voci Adds New Member to Board of Directors - Angelo Gencarelli

PITTSBURGH—June 22, 2016—Voci Technologies, Inc., Pittsburgh-based technology company and the technology leader in automated speech-to-text transcription and speech analytics today announced the addition of Angelo Gencarelli to its board of directors.

“Gencarelli has considerable experience in the outsourced call center arena,” says Anthony Gadient, Voci CEO. “His insider knowledge of both financial and operational call center requirements will help refine our sales focus and inform our product development, both of which will allow us to maximize the return on investment that we deliver to our clients.”

Gencarelli served as a public accountant for Ernst and Young and is now the CFO of The Results Companies, a global provider of contact center solutions. He has been very active in helping small and middle-market companies achieve their strategic objectives,  and his wealth of expertise will contribute much to Voci’s future business plans.
